THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Aesthetic Provider (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing clinical team at Nuey. In this role, you’ll deliver a range of aesthetic treatments – including injectables, skin rejuvenation services, and other non-invasive procedures – with a focus on safety, precision, and natural-looking results.

You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth consultations, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to a high-touch, elevated experience across every step of care. As an early member of our team, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape clinical protocols, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to the development of a modern, science-backed medspa brand.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments, including injectables (i.e. wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers), skin rejuvenation services, and other non-invasive procedures, based on your licensure, training, and expertise
• Lead in-depth consultations and educate clients on safe, effective, and customized treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and professional treatment environment
• Stay current on product updates, techniques, and clinical best practices
• Help develop and refine SOPs and clinical workflows in partnership with leadership
• Contribute to Nuey’s digital presence through content support (e.g., before/afters, educational content, behind-the-scenes)
• Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized care, thoughtful follow-ups, and continuity of service

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in the state of practice
• 2+ years of injection experience
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients
• Experience developing branded content (social media, educational posts, UGC, etc.) is a plus
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and ongoing clinical development
• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends depending on studio hours
