Terms & Conditions
- Nuey Reserve credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase gift cards.
- Spend-based credits are earned on the eligible subtotal paid in a single visit, after promotions, discounts, and redeemed credits. Taxes and gratuities do not count toward the qualifying spend.
- Credits earned from a purchase become available after the qualifying transaction is completed and may not be applied to that same purchase.
- Qualifying treatment visits exclude retail-only purchases.
- Referral credits are issued after the referred guest completes their first purchase of $200 or more. The referred guest must be new to Nuey and identify the referring guest.
- Before-and-after credits are limited to one $5 credit per qualifying treatment visit and require a signed photography and marketing authorization.
- Birthday credits are valid only during the guest’s birthday month and expire at the end of that month.
- Unless otherwise stated, earned Nuey Reserve credits expire 12 months after the date they are issued.
- Credits associated with refunded, returned, disputed, or canceled purchases may be reversed.
- Nuey Reserve credits cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
- Nuey reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time, subject to applicable law.
